Orders usually ship within 1 business day, and you can expect delivery in 3-5 business days with our free shipping, depending on where you live. We’ll send you a tracking number as soon as it ships!  

Can I get my products faster?
Yes! We offer UPS 2-Day Air shipping to get your Restful Rootz products to you faster. Just select the option at checkout!

What if my order is damaged or lost in transit?

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase! If you’re not satisfied, we offer a 30-day Sleep Better Guarantee on your first purchase. If NightRoot isn’t working for you, just reach out within 30 days, and we’ll refund your first purchase—no hassle.

For any other returns, we accept them within 15 days of receiving your order, as long as the product is unopened and unused.

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened bottles of gummies.
