Sleep Better Guarantee
We stand by our product. If you don’t love your sleep experience with NightRoot, we’ll refund your first purchase within 30 days—no hassle, no worries!
This guarantee applies to first-time purchasers only. After the first purchase, standard returns apply (within 15 days).
Returns
If you need to return your NightRoot for any reason, we accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused and unopened.
- For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened bottles of gummies.
- We reserve the right to deny a refund if the package appears tampered with.
If you’re not satisfied with NightRoot after 30 days, contact us within 30 days for a full refund under our Sleep Better Guarantee.
How to Return

- Once we confirm, send the item back to us.
- We’ll process your return once we receive the product in its original, unopened condition.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is processed.
